Congrats to Wichita East DECA!! (FHSU Alum, Shanna Zimmerman is the Advisor)
DECA announced the winners of the DECA Month campaigns this week. Wichita East successfully completed two campaigns (the promotional and community service) placing them in the Thrive category. As a result they will be eligible to send students to the all new Thrive Academy at ICDC.

They were the only school in Kansas to receive recognition for any of the campaigns. They have posted some of the campaign materials on a blog at: http://wedeca.blogspot.com/
Congrats Wichita East DECA and Shanna Zimmerman. Dr. Guyot and I are very proud of your success!

BUED Course Options
If you are looking for a course this Spring, consider BUED 421 or BUED 612.
We will count either of these as a substitute for BUED 613 (which is not being offered this semester), or you could count one of these courses as an "elective" option, consult your advisor for that possibility. BOTH classes are online.
BUED 613 - Methods of Individual Training and Job Analysis
BUED 421 - Electronic Media in Instruction

Updates and 2013...
Greetings All and WELCOME BACK!
I have not been doing a great job of updating the blog, but intend to start using it again to communicate with Business Education majors.
PLEASE check the blog weekly. There may be things updated on the blog that at the time you don't think you will need to know, but later you may realize you need that information. If that happens to you, be sure to remember to check the Archives!
I look forward to working with you this semester!
